Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Concession Store Manager to oversee our operations at Hudson's Bay, Pacific Centre. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail management, particularly within the fashion sector, and will be driven to foster exceptional customer relationships while achieving sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily store operations, ensuring high standards of visual merchandising and customer service.
  • Develop and maintain a motivated team through effective recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed key performance indicators.
  • Build and nurture customer relationships, transforming casual shoppers into loyal patrons.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to align store goals with broader business objectives.
