Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Concession Store Manager to oversee our operations at Hudson's Bay, Pacific Centre. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fashion retail management, demonstrating a passion for building relationships, achieving sales goals, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the retail team, driving sales performance and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage daily operations, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, converting interest into sales.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
