At Travel + Leisure Co., we're dedicated to putting the world on vacation. As a Guest Services Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. Your leadership skills will empower your team to resolve issues, anticipate needs, and exceed expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily front- and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Provide expert check-in and check-out procedures, analyze reports, and communicate needs with your team.
  • Maintain accurate room inventory and efficiently manage schedule adjustments.
  • Develop and coach staff to deliver outstanding customer service and technical skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain positive customer and associate relationships.
  • Support customer service standards that exceed guest expectations and communicate reservation flag information.

Your Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic leadership skills with ability to coach, mentor, and train staff.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as excellent hospitality service skills.
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs, including property management systems.
  • Comprehension and literacy for analyzing reports.
  • 1 year of supervisory or management level experience.
  • 1 year of hotel, timeshare, or hospitality service experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

The hourly rate for this role is $28.50. As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive compensation package and opportunities for growth and development.
