Job Overview

Payroll Specialist

Become a part of the Go Auto team We are expanding and looking for a Payroll Specialist to enhance our vibrant workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll cycles utilizing UKG for various entities. Oversee employee documentation, address inquiries, and manage terminations. Prepare Records of Employment (ROE), support year-end procedures, and issue T2200 forms. Process payroll, import data, and reconcile entries through UKG. Provide training, generate analytical reports, and assist with provincial compliance. Manage garnishments, RRSP contributions, pension schemes, and union payments.

Qualifications:

PCP Designation is preferred. 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Familiarity with multi-provincial employment regulations. Experience with UKG payroll systems is advantageous.
