Job Overview

Payroll Specialist

Become a vital part of the Go Auto family as we expand and seek a dedicated Payroll Specialist to enhance our vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administer semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll cycles utilizing UKG for various entities.
  2. Oversee employee documentation, address inquiries, and manage termination processes.
  3. Prepare Records of Employment (ROE), assist with annual closing tasks, and issue T2200 forms.
  4. Execute payroll runs, import necessary data, and reconcile entries through UKG.
  5. Deliver training, create reports, and support provincial compliance reporting.
  6. Manage garnishments, RRSP contributions, pension schemes, and union payments.

Qualifications:

  1. PCP Designation is preferred.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook applications.
  4. Familiarity with multi-provincial employment regulations.
  5. Experience with UKG payroll systems is advantageous.
