Job Overview
Payroll Specialist
Become a vital part of the Go Auto family as we expand and seek a dedicated Payroll Specialist to enhance our vibrant team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll cycles utilizing UKG for various entities.
- Oversee employee documentation, address inquiries, and manage termination processes.
- Prepare Records of Employment (ROE), assist with annual closing tasks, and issue T2200 forms.
- Execute payroll runs, import necessary data, and reconcile entries through UKG.
- Deliver training, create reports, and support provincial compliance reporting.
- Manage garnishments, RRSP contributions, pension schemes, and union payments.
Qualifications:
- PCP Designation is preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook applications.
- Familiarity with multi-provincial employment regulations.
- Experience with UKG payroll systems is advantageous.
