Business Data Analyst Job Description

LawDepot is seeking a skilled Business Data Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team in Edmonton, Alberta. As a Business Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing user behavior on our Checkout pages, identifying trends, and providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of experiment and non-experiment data to understand customer behavior on the Checkout page
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations
  • Develop and maintain automated reports to track Checkout page usage and event reporting
  • Communicate data analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with analysts, software developers, and key stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or other Analysis related programs
  • Strong understanding of relational database structure and principles
  • Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization tools
  • High level of proficiency with SQL coding and data analysis software
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex projects
