Job Title: Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our team at Trans 99 Logistics. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures, establish and implement policies and procedures for accounting and financial control.
  • Credit and Loan Applications: Establish policies and procedures for assessing credit and loan applications.
  • Senior Management Advice: Advise senior management on various matters.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, resolve work problems, and provide technical advice.
  • Operations Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, recruit and hire staff, prepare and submit reports, establish work schedules and procedures, and ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Logistics Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization, plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Supervision: 5-10 people.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and tight deadlines.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
