Position Overview

As a Transportation Logistics Manager at Conrad's Transport Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our logistics operations to ensure efficient transportation of goods.

Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess daily logistics operations and implement improvements
  • Monitor and evaluate departmental performance metrics
  • Strategically plan and organize daily logistics activities
  • Adapt schedules and policies in response to operational needs
  • Supervise and mentor staff members
  • Conduct training sessions for team development
  • Manage departmental finances and budget allocations
  • Coordinate shipping documentation and track goods in transit
  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations
  • Develop and enforce policies for the transportation and storage of goods
  • Negotiate service contracts and secure favorable rates
  • Oversee vehicle scheduling and dispatching processes
  • Set transportation service rates and monitor revenue streams
  • Maintain organized inventory records
  • Document cargo details, service hours, distance traveled, and fuel usage
