About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team at Trans 99 Logistics. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our logistics department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and implement budget plans to ensure efficient use of resources
    • Monitor and control expenditures to meet financial targets
  • Operational Planning
    • Plan and coordinate logistics operations to meet customer demands
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of 5-10 staff members
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure team members are equipped to perform their roles effectively
  • Performance Monitoring
    • Monitor and evaluate team performance to identify areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement plans to address performance gaps
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders
    • Provide regular updates on operational performance and progress
Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, logistics, management)
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in a senior management role
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
    • Experience with budget planning and financial management
