Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant Supervisor to join our team at Valois Motel & Restaurant. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Establish Schedules: Create and manage schedules to ensure efficient use of staff and resources.
  • Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and submit regular reports on housekeeping operations, including staff performance and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort
  • Supervision: 3-4 people
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, physically demanding
