Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Valois Motel & Restaurant. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and disinfect guest rooms, including floors, surfaces, and fixtures, to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Laundry and Linen: Wash, dry, and fold linens, as well as restock linen closets and supply rooms.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests for extra supplies or other items, and handling lost and found items.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Assist with the maintenance of housekeeping equipment and supplies, and participate in deep cleaning projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Physical Demands: This position requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and bending, as well as the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
