About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Patrack Au Realty & Management. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external partners, including clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of budgets, manage expenses, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular reports to management, including metrics on office performance and other key indicators.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
Work Environment
