About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Patrack Au Realty & Management. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating office services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Team Support: Provide support to our team members, including training and development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, reliable, and strong time management skills.
