Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our data strategy and analytics team at Enercare. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage a diverse team of data analysts and developers to deliver high-quality analysis, interpretation of findings, and clear articulation of results and insights to internal business partners.
- Develop Data Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Lead High-Profile Analyses: Conduct high-profile and time-sensitive analyses with decision-grade executive-ready quality, providing actionable insights to inform business and operational decision-making.
- Develop Data Products: Design and deliver scenario simulations and other data products to support business and operational decision-making.
- Ensure Data Quality: Oversee the building of the BI/analytics infrastructure, including data management and pipeline building process, ensuring data products and codes released by the team have completed and up-to-date documentation available to internal stakeholders.
- Stay Current with Emerging Trends: Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in trusted data, cognitive analytics, and other relevant community publications, applying this knowledge to drive business growth.
- Mentor and Develop Team Members: Mentor team members and participate in continuous self-learning, ensuring the team has the necessary skills and knowledge to drive business success.
- Support Business Growth: Collaborate with stakeholders to support business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.
- 5+ Years Management Experience: Proven experience in managing a high-performing team, with demonstrated success in building, developing, and leading a team.
- 8+ Years Analytics Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in analytics environments, with proven value creation outcomes.
- Technical Skills: 5-7 years of professional experience with PBI and Azure, 5-7 years of professional experience with SQL and/or Python, and experience leading and delivering enterprise-scale data strategy projects.
- Education: Master's degree in an analytical discipline, such as mathematics, applied science and engineering, computer science, management analytics, or data science.
