Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and track orders received from customers, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize stock levels.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse and production units to ensure smooth movement of supplies and materials.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with shippers and receivers to ensure seamless coordination of activities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
