Culinary Service Coordinator

Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
Our establishment operates in a fast-paced setting, primarily focusing on a fast food outlet.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules efficiently.
- Order necessary food and kitchen supplies to maintain operations.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation.
- Recruit and hire food service personnel.
- Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
- Prepare budgets and cost projections for the department.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Compile and submit reports on operations.
- Prepare summaries of food orders for the chef.
- Supervise the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
- Establish work schedules for the team.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 4 individuals.

- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Physical demands include a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with extended periods of standing.
