Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Joliette Volkswagen. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closing Sales: You will be responsible for closing sales deals and meeting sales targets.
  • Evaluating Vehicles: You will evaluate vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards and are ready for sale.
  • Follow-up of Web Requests: You will follow up on web requests to ensure timely and efficient processing.
  • New Vehicle Sales: You will be responsible for selling new vehicles to customers.
  • Online Listing: You will ensure that our vehicles are accurately listed online.
  • Pre-owned Vehicle Sales: You will sell pre-owned vehicles to customers.
  • Purchasing Wholesale Vehicles: You will purchase wholesale vehicles to stock our inventory.
  • Sales Department Supervision: You will supervise the sales department to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Experience: You must have at least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager.
