**You're accountable to**:

- Lead the Business Machine Group (BMG) sales plan by overseeing category direction, ensuring planning and execution of 4P activities and alignment to growth objectives including revenue and profit.
- Develop strategic interpretations of overall market and business trends to support Sr. Product Managers to define short
- and long-term growth initiatives for each category.
- Ensure the quality of PM-led initiatives as well as define, drive, and own specific departmental initiatives.
- Influence stakeholders in ongoing communication on progress against corporate and departmental objectives.
- Lead, guide and effectively manage a team, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback.
- Assume directional oversight of the product lifecycle: product selection, pricing, placement, and go-to-market plan.
- Own Promotional Expense by establishing the overall promo strategy and through the reconciliation and forecasting process.
- Practice and encourage a “test and learn” mindset supported by KPIs and retrospectives.
- Travel (%) - 10% - 15%.

**Your winning profile**:

- Bachelor’s Degree specializing in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
- 10+ years of Product/Category Management and strong People Management experience.
- Advanced knowledge of our industry or the tech/consumer electronic retail and distribution environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing strategy and managing projects.
- Demonstrated capacity to effectively work at the leadership level of an organization.
- Ability to problem solve, test outcomes, learn, and continually drive improvement.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, risk taker, curious
- Experience with Project management, CI or eCommerce is an asset.
- Advanced English language skills, intermediate French language skills are an asset.
