About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure that customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and ensure that supplies are ordered in a timely manner.
  • Team Development: Develop and implement training programs for staff, provide feedback and coaching, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
