Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
