Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Tandhan Corporation. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast food outlet, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Certifications
    • Food Safety Certificate
    • Safe Food Handling certificate
Work Environment

Our fast food outlet is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure to meet customer demands. You will be required to work in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
