About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that they have a positive experience with our brand.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that our inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres and be able to provide guidance and support to staff on food preparation and presentation.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
