We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Lo-Cost Auto Repairs Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.
Key Responsibilities- Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
- Training and Development: Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations and plan and control budget and expenditures.
- Work Environment: Work Term: Permanent, Work Language: English, Hours: 40 hours per week.
