Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team at TIGH-NA-MARA RESORTS LTD. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Estimate and manage food costs, inventory, and supplies
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including specialist chefs, chefs, and cooks
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
  • Plan and execute special events and banquets
  • Ensure food safety and quality standards are met
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
