About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team at spot on news GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business operations are in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective compliance programs to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
