Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Field Placement Advisor to join our team at Humber College. As a key member of the Faculty of Social and Community Services, you will be responsible for connecting students with field experience opportunities, liaising with host supervisors and students, and managing a database of field experience related information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect students with field experience opportunities and manage a database of related information
  • Liaise with host supervisors, seminar instructors, and faculty advisors to ensure a smooth field experience process
  • Provide administrative support for Work-Integrated Learning initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A 4-year bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of two years of related work experience
  • Exceptional administrative, interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to applicants with a background in Human Service fields such as Social Service, Community Development, Addictions and Mental Health, Behavioural Science, Community Justice, and job development experience.
