Job Summary

The Office of Experiential Education (OEE) at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy is seeking a highly organized and student-centered Placement Coordinator to facilitate the successful placement of students enrolled in various programs. As the main point of contact for an assigned group of incoming Pharmacy students, this role will prepare students for all non-academic aspects of experiential programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate student placement and provide information on placement site requirements and processes
  • Track student placement documentation to ensure completeness
  • Work closely with other staff and faculty members to resolve issues during experiential rotations
  • Foster and maintain positive relations with internal and external stakeholders
  • Interact and engage with preceptors and other industry partners to support the experiential process
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of experiential education and student placement processes is essential.
