About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Osmow's. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and specials that showcase our commitment to quality and innovation.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and mentor our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional results.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of our inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our culinary needs.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with our front-of-house staff to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that our kitchen and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and completion of a culinary program or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a chef or in a related role.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: 35 hours per week.
