We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Elyon African Kitchen. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room and kitchen areas.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Restock supplies and equipment as needed
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to achieve efficient service
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment an asset
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
