About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Jan Dan Custodial Services Inc. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning team, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Assist Cleaners: Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement work schedules to ensure that our facilities are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
Work Environment

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
