Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as the Head of Carbon Ecosystem Partnerships. This is a key role that will play a critical part in driving the growth and success of our Carbon solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy for our Carbon solution, identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand our ecosystem and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including technology players, system integrators, and carbon-specific ISVs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Solutions Marketing, and Sales, to ensure seamless execution of partnerships initiatives.
  • Develop and negotiate commercial contracts with partners, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and strategies.
  • Monitor and report on partnerships performance, tracking key metrics and providing insights to inform future strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a partnerships, strategy, or business development role within the SaaS technology sector.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, sign, launch, and manage complex partnerships from tactical to strategic opportunities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to pursue new and unprecedented opportunities, pushing beyond the known and taking bold steps.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present information and findings clearly to various audiences.
  • Knowledge of carbon accounting, climate strategy, and supply chain decarbonization is a plus.
