About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales and customer service targets
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and efficiency
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to staff
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and that their needs are met
    • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to ensure high standards of quality and presentation
    • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked and that waste is minimized
    • Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the restaurant's budget and ensure that financial targets are met
    • Monitor and control costs to ensure that the restaurant is operating efficiently
  • Training and Development
    • Provide training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement training programs to address these areas
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
    • Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and management skills
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
