Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mary Brown's Chicken. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient operations
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Administrative and Reporting
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports as required
  • Security and Safety
    • Bondable and committed to maintaining a safe working environment
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity
    • Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects
  • Personal Suitability
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others
    • Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Work Term: Permanent
    • Work Language: English
    • Hours: 30 hours per week
