Supervise and Coordinate Team Members

Train and Develop Team Members

Provide comprehensive training to new team members, focusing on job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and customer service skills.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Ensure Quality Control

Monitor and maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring that our food and service meet the expectations of our customers.

Address Customer Concerns

Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Maintain Records and Reports

Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management as required.

Establish Work Schedules

Develop and implement effective work schedules, ensuring that our team is well-organized and productive.
