About the Role

Pizzaville is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient kitchen workflows to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff on food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize ordering
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
