About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Sitara Indian Cuisine. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Supply Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use of resources.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers.
