Job Details

As a Designer, you are a creative thinker and skilled craftsperson who understands the importance of brand consistency. You'll collaborate closely with fellow Designers, Art Directors, Writers, and UX specialists to bring creative concepts to life through beautiful and engaging designs. We seek individuals who are creative, curious, detail-oriented, and possess strong color, typography, and illustrative skills. You are a problem solver and collaborator with a passion for exceptional design.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Identify user needs and interpret client challenges to develop innovative design concepts.
  • Define visual language and create cohesive brand experiences across diverse healthcare categories.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure brand consistency and adherence to design principles.
  • Apply strong typography, color theory, and illustrative skills to create visually impactful designs.
  • Solve design problems creatively, finding unique solutions that meet project objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, actively participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing to the creative process.
