Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Brand Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative concepts across multiple disciplines, including branding, visual communications, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop marketing materials from start to finish, including campaign ads, responsive websites, brand identities, and print and digital collateral.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our clients' brands and ensure that all design work meets or exceeds their expectations.
  • Present work in creative review meetings and ensure that all design work is of the highest quality and meets our clients' needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and visual communications.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of graphic design experience, with a minimum of 3 years of agency experience.
  • Portfolio required with submission – applicants who fail to provide this will not be considered.
  • Expert working knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud software and Figma.
  • Strong conceptual and articulate presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, creative, and strong logical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
