The Director of Research & Insights will play a pivotal role in our organization. In this capacity, you will be an integral part of the Strategy, Insights & Digital team, actively engaging in realizing our collective vision. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance our research services, provide outstanding client support, deliver high-quality research, and foster a vibrant culture throughout Canada. We are already recognized for our exceptional work in research & insights and seek a dynamic individual to elevate our efforts further.
Key Responsibilities:- Refine and expand our research & insights service offerings while driving business growth;
- Oversee and execute comprehensive research and insights projects utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methodologies;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Canada and the broader AVENIR GLOBAL network to integrate research into our initiatives;
- Effectively communicate the value of marketing research and insights to current and potential clients;
- Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to their professional growth and enhancing our team culture;
- Consult with internal teams to leverage research and insights for strategic development and effectiveness;
- Contribute to the expansion of our research business through thought leadership and business development initiatives.
- University degree in research or a related field;
- 7+ years of experience in research and insights, preferably within a communications or marketing context;
- A strong reputation in research and insights, with a proven track record of exceptional client service;
- Ability to manage a diverse range of challenging projects with a comprehensive portfolio of research work;
- A robust network of contacts within the research and insights community.
