Food Service Supervisor

MELT WICH FOOD CO. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including preparing and portioning food, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports, prepare food order summaries for the chef, and supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- 3-4 people supervised.
- Permanent position.
- 36 hours per week.
- English language.
