About the Role

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating profitable business from our range of equipment, developing assigned territories, and implementing sales plans to grow business and maintain current customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of equipment and services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience in equipment rental or industrial power generation
  • 2+ years of direct sales experience
  • Strong technical background with ability to learn engineering concepts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
