Job Summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating profitable business from our equipment rental portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to grow business and maintain current customer base
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience in equipment rental or industrial power generation
  • 2+ years of direct sales experience
  • Strong technical background with the ability to learn engineering concepts
  • Project management, new business development, and customer retention skills
