Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sourcing and quoting orders, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Sourcing and quoting orders to meet customer needs and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve sales processes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and customer loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales and customer service within a manufacturing company
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed and exceed sales targets
