Sales Development Representative

CB Canada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sourcing and quoting orders, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service to internal and external customers
- Sourcing and quoting orders to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales and customer service within a manufacturing company
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Adaptable and flexible with a strong work ethic
