Our mission is to expand our brand's presence in Canada through franchising, and we're seeking a Franchise Sales Manager to spearhead our franchising venture in Canada and beyond.
Responsibilities- Drive our brand's franchise growth in Canada, identifying and establishing relationships with potential franchisees.
- Utilize cutting-edge technologies to analyze market trends, uncover franchise opportunities, and ensure a seamless franchisee onboarding process.
- Nurture relationships with potential franchisees, providing tailored solutions and ensuring our brand remains internationally aligned.
- Exhibit exceptional deal-making skills to negotiate and secure franchise agreements that align with our brand's values and standards.
- Engage in strategic discussions with the CEO, developing and executing franchising blueprints for Canada.
- Provide ongoing support to franchisees, ensuring compliance with brand standards and assisting in their growth and success.
- Monitor the Canadian real estate market, staying informed about trends, regulations, and opportunities.
- Represent our brand at national and international real estate and franchising events.
- Possess a degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or Law.
- Hold 3+ years of Business Development experience, preferably on a global level.
- Demonstrate technological acumen with a willingness to leverage modern business tools.
- Exhibit a track record of impressive deal-making and negotiations.
- Be internationally attuned, with the ability to work seamlessly with a diverse clientele.
- Display a positive outlook, coupled with an approachable and charismatic demeanor.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken.
