Job Summary

As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Open and distribute mail and other materials, and maintain a well-organized filing system.
    • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and ensure accurate and timely distribution.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments, and make travel arrangements as needed.
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Documentation and Correspondence
    • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
