Role Overview:
As a Senior Consultant within our Consulting division, you will utilize your extensive business and financial knowledge, combined with a profound understanding of the pension landscape, to formulate long-term strategic initiatives for our clients' defined benefit pension plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Deliver proactive and insightful consulting services, cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with clients, while providing integrated solutions and overseeing all facets of client service.
  • Business Development:
    Play a pivotal role in driving growth for the Consulting division by identifying new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients, positioning LifeWorks as a market leader.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in pension plan consulting
- In-depth knowledge of various pension schemes and actuarial standards within both public and private sectors, including risk assessment and financial forecasting
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, financial markets, and emerging trends in the pension industry
- Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities, ensuring high-quality deliverables while promoting a collaborative work environment
- Excellent communication skills in French; proficiency in English is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline
