Position Overview

As a Senior Business Strategy Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic plans and enhancing business intelligence. Your responsibilities will include monitoring performance metrics, establishing objectives, identifying service delivery enhancements, and crafting business strategies that align with the overarching architecture of various initiatives, including organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice to clients and partners to effectively position, plan, develop, execute, and oversee strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and refine policies, standards, models, and programs that support your unit's strategic endeavors.
  • Conduct thorough analysis to identify, assess, and diagnose significant issues, offering well-informed recommendations to decision-making bodies.
  • Act as a representative of your unit in discussions with decision-making bodies.
  • Advocate for Desjardins's interests in negotiations with external partners and organizations.

Qualifications
