Position Overview

As a Senior Business Strategy Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives that drive organizational success. You will be at the forefront of designing and implementing business strategies that align with the overarching goals of various projects, including organizational transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic guidance to clients and partners, assisting them in positioning, planning, executing, and evaluating key projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and refine policies, standards, and frameworks to bolster your unit's strategic endeavors.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to identify and diagnose significant challenges, offering well-informed recommendations to decision-making entities.
  • Act as a representative of your unit in discussions with decision-making bodies.
  • Negotiate and advocate for Desjardins's interests in agreements with external partners and organizations.

Qualifications
