Lead Janitorial Supervisor

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Lead Janitorial Supervisor in our Facilities Management Department. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the management team to ensure that our cleaning standards are upheld to the highest level.
This position operates on the afternoon shift, from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of cleaning staff in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities during your assigned shift.
- Setting the pace for the team and demonstrating best practices through your actions.
- Providing training and support to the cleaning staff on our procedures, equipment usage, and software applications.
- Acting as the point of contact for the department in the absence of the Supervisor or Manager.
- Assisting with performance evaluations and addressing any concerns regarding staff performance.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong work ethic and proven leadership capabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of workplace safety policies and procedures.
- The ability to independently operate and instruct others on cleaning machinery and equipment.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including O365, to assist team members as needed.
- A solid command of the English language for effective communication with the team.
